By using the qq11 platform, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions. Every player must read and understand this page carefully.
Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions apply to your use of the qq11 platform (https://qq11.bio) and all its related services. By registering an account, making a deposit, playing, or interacting with the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the qq11 platform. qq11 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
Membership Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21+ years old to use the qq11 platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to play. qq11 reserves the right to verify any player's age and may suspend or close an account if there is reason to believe the age given is incorrect.

- You must register using your own personal information; using another person's details is not allowed
- Opening an account from locations where online gambling is prohibited by law is not permitted
- qq11 employees and their immediate family members may not participate in promotions
Account Verification
qq11 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other supporting documents to confirm account authenticity. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification period. qq11 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
Account Management
Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect someone else is accessing your account, contact qq11 customer support immediately.
One account per person only
A player may only hold one active account at qq11 at a time. Any bonuses or winnings obtained through a second or duplicate account may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
Account Suspension and Ban
qq11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons—
- Violating these terms and conditions
- Committing fraud or collusion
- Suspected money laundering
- Attempting to abuse bonuses in an unauthorized way
- Intentionally exploiting platform glitches
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (by any method)
- Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, bank transfer
- Deposits may be funded from any source, but must be made through the player's own payment method
- If funds do not arrive due to a transfer issue, contact qq11 customer service immediately
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time — within 15 minutes to 2 hours (Myanmar Standard Time MMT)
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is met
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
qq11's welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount must be completed.
Examples —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus; total balance 40,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
- Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap); total balance 320,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks
General Promotion Terms
Each promotion bonus offered by qq11 can only be claimed once per promotion. qq11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions without prior notice. If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus and before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be voided. If a bonus is found to have been claimed in an unauthorized way, qq11's decision is final.
Game Rules
Game Calculations
The outcome of every game round at qq11 is determined by the platform's Random Number Generator and is final. In the event of any discrepancy, qq11's server records will be the reference. If a game round is interrupted due to a network disconnection or technical issue, it will be handled in accordance with qq11's refund policy.
Prohibited Actions
- Using bots or installing automated software to play
- Collusion or any arrangement related to prize money
- Deliberately seeking out and exploiting platform glitches
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you
VIP Levels and Cashback
VIP Tiers
qq11's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up through the tiers based on their playing volume and activity. Our VIP offers—
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Cashback amounts are calculated fairly based on each individual player's game history. qq11 reserves the right to amend VIP terms and conditions.
